  • Unreleased Rogue Trader Arbites 2

This guy was found as part of Bryan Ansell’s collection asa sculpt which was never released during Rogue Trader. This sculpt is Arbites 2. I can’t find a picture online of the back of it’s tab so I’m putting it down as year unknown, though I presume it’s 1987.

  • Unreleased Rogue Trader Arbites 1

This sculpt was a 1987 sculpt (as per here) which was never released during the Rogue Trader era; it was much later discovered as part of his collection and released in 2015 by Wargames Foundry, and is available as part of the Empirical Absolution and Liquidation Squad shown here.

The original GW unreleased minis had a slotta base, the 2015-onward Wargames Foundry copies have a sculpted base as shown here.

This 2003 metal miniature went by “Witch Hunter Hospitaller” and can be found in the 2005 US catalogue with part number 9947010804504.

  • Inquisitor Covenant – 54mm

This is the 54mm scale Inquisitor Covenant miniature from the Inquisitor range. I have yet to find a sculpting credit for him.

    The miniature himself:

    To be assembled…

  • Witch Hunter Crusader – Inquisition

This miniature is a 2003 Witch Hunter Crusader 1 from the Inquisition, and can be found in the 2005 US catalogue with part number 9947010804503. I can’t find a sculpting credit in the catalogues, perhaps it’ll be in WD.

  • 40K Imperial Army Trooper Powell

This Rogue Trader Imperial Army miniature goes by Trooper Powell and was sculpted in 1987. Not sure who sculpted this guy; it’ll be Aly Morrison, Michael Perry or Alan Perry.

  • Space Marine Mark 8 Errant Armour

This 1990 Space Marine in Errant Armour (Mark 8) can be found in the 1991 Blue catalogue as part number 070360/1. I can’t find a singular sculpting credit for him, but I’d be surprised if it was anybody but Jes Goodwin.

He came with a backpack, shoulder pads and bolter sprue.

    A 360 degree view:

He can be seen in Index Astartes Apocrypha:

  • Chaos Warrior Sir Gigal de Appliance

This metal miniature sculpted in 1985 goes by Sir Gigal de Appliance in the 1987 Citadel Spring Journal in the CH2 Chaos Warrior section.

I can’t find who sculpted him. No shield yet – still choosing one.

  • Dark Elves Witch Elf 5

This is a 1995 sculpt by either Aly Morrison or Colin Dixon; I suspect the former but WHFB is not really my area of expertise so I shall have to look into it further.

This is one I bought back in the 90s for some Escher-related plans, I think, but I didn’t get very far painting it.

Part number 75904/2 in the 1995/6 annual.

  • Chaos Space Marine Metal Head

I have no idea where this head came from, but here it is.
