This Imperial Guard Commissar was a Mark Copplestone sculpt. There’s no year on the tab.
This metal Rogue Trader-era Imperial Guard Commissar was a Mark Copplestone sculpt, and went by part number 401001. This one is sadly missing an arm and the tab.
This guy seems to be both Brough and Palmer – it’s hard to tell from the low-res catalogue pics online though. He’s an Aly Morrison sculpt.
Captain Webb. Sculpted by either Aly Morrison, Michael Perry or Alan Perry. He appears in the 1991 Blue catalogue as part number 072019/3.
Trooper Bainbridge. Sculpted by either Aly Morrison, Michael Perry or Alan Perry.
