This metal Rogue Trader Techmarine on Jet Bike was shown in 1988 as 410507 (seventh sculpt shown in the Techmarines 4105 set) and is credited to either Mark Copplestone or Alan Perry.
There was an alternate sculpt available which was the upper torso holding a wrench, rather than the bolt pistol.
The jet bike is the generic bike available to Space Marines and the Imperial Army from that period.
