These guys were hard to find – the 1989 Autumn trade catalogue has them, and the Penitent is also shown with credit in a ’89 flyer.

1991 – Blue Catalogue

These guys were credited to the “Citadel Design Team”, so someone who had left Citadel by that point. I need to check that they’re existing sculpts with their arms cut off and credit them appropriately.
