This 1988 Jes Goodwin sculpt was simply marked “EXO” on the tab – no mention of the retroactively added Saturnine name in the flyers/catalogues/rulebook of the time.
I haven’t noticed that patterning on the feet of any other contemporary Space Marines!
This guy appears in the flyers as 410609 Terminator Marine.
