Chaos Familiar: Mannequin

This metal miniature is a Warhammer Fantasy Battle Chaos Familiar, and goes by the name Mannequin. It’s a 198-something sculpt by Jes Goodwin – I suspect 1987 but the tab is unclear. The 1991 Red catalogue has it as part number 073128/35D.
