I can’t find out who sculpted this guy. I think it says 87 on the tab.
This is the sidecar from the days of Rogue Trader. It’s an Perry sculpt according to WD99.

This chap was called Brother Quiff or Brother Lustgarten, depending on which flyer/catalogue you’re looking at. He was Bolter 12, part number 070106/7 in the 1991 catalogue. He’s a Bob Naismith sculpt.
No tab on this guy, unfortunately! He goes by Bionic Eye and Chainsword, part number 070119/35, in the 1991 catalogue. Thanks for sending him to me, Sebastian!
He seems to be named after William Dozier who played the Narrator of (and who was the executive producer of!) the 1960s Batman TV show.
