The Volkite glow done as red was a mistake – it’s too close to the base and not glowy enough!

This gun is from 2nd. Ed and is part number 0422/7.
Unlike the heavy bolter, the shoulder pad is sculpted into it.

This guy was one of the original set of Masters released, and is the Master of Recruits which makes him the captain of the 10th company, in old Codex compliant chapters.

Rogue Trader Captain Romero Vintage Metal Miniature from Games Workshop
This is Captain Romero from the Rogue Trader era. He was later shown in the catalogues as Chain Sword and Bolter 070119/29 and is also seen in White Dwarf 99 (March 1988).
He seems to be named after Cesar Romero, who played the Joker in the 1960s Batman TV series.
